Breathwork
Whether you’re carrying stress, navigating grief, or simply longing to come home to yourself, breath work is a gentle yet profound pathway for healing and self-discovery.

What is Breathwork?
Breath work is a powerful, heart-opening practice that uses intentional, guided breathing patterns to quiet the mind, move stuck energy, and reconnect you with the wisdom of your body and soul.
Supported by carefully chosen music, breath work creates space to feel, release, and transform what you may be holding onto — allowing you to return to a place of clarity, peace, and deep inner connection.

What To Know
During breathwork, you will lie down comfortably while I guide you through an active breathing journey, usually 15–25 minutes long. We start slow, build gradually into a crescendo, and then move into a moment of collective release — a space where it’s safe to let go fully, whether through a cry, a laugh, a yell, or any other expression that wants to move. There is so much power in releasing together; you are never alone here.
Afterward, you’ll ease back into a natural breath and rest in a deeply restorative state for 5–10 minutes, allowing your heart to open and receive any healing, clarity, or insights waiting for you.
