The Bloom Room welcomed...
The Alameda Pulse
Sean from Alameda Pulse tried his first-ever sound bath and micro class at the Bloom Room. Like many of you, he was both skeptical and interested about the experience at first.
But after entering the cozy and intimate space, and feeling through the sound journey, he left surprised and relaxed.

Like Sean, you may come hesitant. In doubt. Uncertain. Come as you are.
Themed Sound Bath experiences with 6 spaces per micro class.
Experience crystal singing bowls woven together with breathwork, guided meditation, sacred cacao, Reiki, intuitive tarot guidance, and restorative sessions created especially for moms.
Each class will carry a different intention—from self-love and inner peace to release, abundance, rest, clarity, and renewal.
These are not large studio classes. They are small, carefully held circles where you can settle into the space, receive Lori’s personal guidance, and experience sound healing without becoming lost in the room. And no two gatherings will be exactly the same.

Come for the theme that calls to you. Return for the sound your body needs.

I discovered the profound wisdom of the heart and body. I believe that when we listen to these parts of ourselves, we can heal and thrive. My approach is rooted in the understanding that you are not broken or weak; you are inherently amazing just as you are.

I have also developed a deep appreciation for plant medicines as a tool for healing and self-discovery. My ongoing journey of self-love and acceptance continues to shape my coaching practice, as I strive to help others fall in love with themselves and embrace their true essence.

In a world filled with countless coaches, I offer a unique blend of authenticity and heart-centered guidance.
